NIM I/O Section

The local NIM I/O section can be fully controlled by:

  • the embedded web server
  • the local script engine
  • a remote application through the TCP control socket

4 NIM outputs can be individually set or reset; OUTPUT 1 can be set as a programmable pulse generator, with polarity, width and frequency settings.

2 COMBO I/O are available, each with TRIGGER input and BUSY output. They are the basic building block for a stand-alone DAQ system. Trigger signal handling includes Interrupt Generation, Trigger Counting and Dead Time Counting

4 NIM inputs can be monitored for changes; two of them can be set as Event Counter with software reset or physical external reset
