picoEVB - Evaluation Board for picoDM modules

The picoEVB is the standard evaluation system for picoDM modules, integrating a stereo CODEC for iimmediate evaluation. The following connections are available:

• Stereo Line Output (unbalanced, -10 dBV)
• Stereo Line Input (unbalanced, -10 dBV)
• Headphone output (on stereo mini-jack)
• Debug RS-232 (115200 baud, 1N8, no handshaking)
• External Power Supply
• MIDI IN / OUT sockets

Two power options are available: external or bus-powered (via the IEEE-1394 connector).

All picoDM digital signals are available on 0.1" header for straightforward prototyping.

Using the debug serial port, it is possible to specify the operating mode in which the picoDM module will operate at startup. One of them is the DEMO mode, which provides direct control of the onboard CODEC. The LEDs available on picoEVB and on picoDM module as well assume specific meaning in DEMO mode.

Purchase of the picoEVB can be purchased directly, at a price of 450 Euros (+ taxes, + S&H), including a picoDM1 module.
